Why the longest course is the one about Cowork

Because delegation is harder than conversation. Cowork runs unattended against your local files and connected applications and hands back a finished deliverable. Getting value from that depends on skills a chat interface never asks for: scoping a task so it can be completed without you, deciding what it may touch, and reviewing output you did not watch being produced.
