Claude Code on the web and mobile
Running Claude Code in a browser or the Claude mobile app, with no local setup — for long-running tasks, repos you do not have locally, and work in parallel.

Claude Code in a browser at claude.ai/code, and in the Claude app for iOS and Android. No install, no local checkout.
What it is actually for
Three cases where it beats the terminal:
- Long-running tasks. Kick it off, close the tab, come back when it is done.
- Repositories you do not have locally. No clone, no environment setup.
- Parallel work. Several tasks at once without several terminal windows.
The handoff is the point
A web session is not a dead end. claude --teleport pulls it into your terminal; claude --cloud
pushes a local session the other way. Start where it is convenient, finish where the tools are.
What it does not do
- It does not have your machine. No local files, no local services, no local credentials.
- It is not on the Free plan.
- It is not a separate product. Same engine, same
CLAUDE.md, same settings, same MCP servers.
